The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the suspect depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, as part of an ongoing investigation into the Homicide by Shooting of a 21-year-old victim, that occurred on Wednesday, September 7th, 2022, at about 8:34 PM, in the 2800 block of N. Orkney Street.
- Suspect Description: wearing a black hooded sweatshirt / jacket and black pants and was operating a white motor scooter at that time of the incident. The suspect was last observed fleeing the area on the motor scooter northbound on 11th Street from Monmouth.
