The Philadelphia Police Department Homicide Unit is looking to identify the individual, depicted in the following surveillance video excerpts, who has been identified as the suspect in a homicide by shooting of a 32-year-old male that occurred on December 7, 2021, at 6:54pm on the 1800 block of E. Lippincott Street.
A $20,000 reward is being offered for information leading to an arrest and conviction for every homicide.
