The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 40-year-old Missing Person Vitaly Larine. He was last seen at on Saturday, April 30th, 2021, on the 4XX block of Pierce Street.
He is 6’0″, 160 lbs., thin build, fair complexion, black curly hair and hazel eyes.
