The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Person Rosa Ricciardi. Ms. Ricciardi, who resides on the 2500 block of South Alder Street, was last seen in the area of 2300 South Board Street on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at approximately 11:13 am.
Ms. Ricciardi is 53 years old, 5’3″, 150lbs, with brown eyes and brown hair. It is unknown what she was last seen wearing, and she only speaks Spanish.
