The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 52-year-old Missing Person Rosa Byrd. She was last seen at 11:30 A.M., on Wednesday, May 30th, 2021, from the 6600 block of Charles St., No height or weight given. heavy build, medium brown complexion, long black (braids)hair and brown eyes.
She was wearing gray hooded sweatshirt, and blue jeans.
