The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 65-year-old Missing Person Richard Carrion. He was last seen at 7:00 P.M., on Thursday, May 13th, 2021, on the 49XX block of North 2nd Street.
He is 5’10”, 150 lbs., thin build, light brown complexion, he is bald and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a sweet shirt, jeans and sneakers. He frequents the area of 5th and Cambria Street and 7XX block of Adams Avenue.
