The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 42-year-old Missing Person Jamiel Purnell. He was last seen at 7:00 A.M., on Monday, May 31st, 2021, on the 10XX block of West Duncannon Street.
He is 6’3″, 250 lbs., stocky build, medium brown complexion, brown eyes and bald hair.
