The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 73-year-old Missing person Irvin Groce. He was last seen on Tuesday, June 8th, 2021, on the 40XX block of Ridge Avenue.
He is medium build, medium brown complexion and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing dark blue t-shirt, black pants and black sneaker. He likes to frequent the 2XX block of West Lehigh Avenue and 3XX block of Wharton Street.
