The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 26-year-old Missing Person Frank Adkins. He was last seen at 12:00A.M., on Tuesday, June 15th, 2021, on the 15XX block of West Tioga Street.
He is 6’0″, 185 lbs., medium build, medium brown complexion. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and t-shirt with the writing “Nappy Knicks3”.
