The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Ryann Carter. Ryann resides at 85XX Algon Avenue; however, she was last seen leaving 51XX Wakefield Street on Friday, July 23, 2021, at approximately 5:20 pm.
Ryann is 10 years old, 4’0″, 90 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Ryann may be in the areas of 27th and York or 18th and Cecil B Moore.
