The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Quadir Humphrey. He was last seen on Monday, June 7th, 2021, on the 28XX block of North 8th Street.
He is 5’2″, 120 lbs., thin build, medium brown complexion, short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a tan Nasa hoodie, black jeans and black Nike sneakers.
