The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Monttaz Harley. Monttaz was last seen on Friday, March 11, 2021, at his residence, 5XX Washington Avenue, at 12:00pm.
Monttaz is 22 years old, 160lbs, 5’11” with brown eyes and black hair; it is unknown what he was last wearing. Monttaz is known to visit family in the area of 4900 North 8th Street.
