The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 13-year-old Endangered Missing Juvenile Ketalinn Ryah Switchett. She was last seen at 10:30 A.M., on Wednesday, March 24th, 2021 on the 45XX block of Hurley Street.
She is 5’3″, 145 lbs., medium build, light brown complexion, black, brown eyes and scar on the left arm. She was last seen wearing a red hoodie with the words “Georgia”, black pants with silver stars and red/blue scarf,. She likes to frequent the area of 39XX block of Park Avenue.
