The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating 11year-old Missing Juvenile Jayla Meadows. She was last seen at :5:30 P.M., on Monday, July 12th, 2021, from the 600 block of N. Preston St.
She is 5’1″ 155lbs, small build, dark brown complexion, black hair and brown eyes. no clothing description given.
