The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old Missing Juvenile Ahlayah Harris. She was last seen at 4:00 P.M., on Thursday, June 17th, 2021, on the 6XX block of North 39th Street.
She is 411″, 125 lbs., thin build, fair complexion brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing blue sweatpants, white Jordan shirt and green/black sneakers.
