The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 53-year-old Endangered Missing Adult Raymond Rink. He was last seen at 11:00 A.M., on Saturday, May 15th, 2021, on the 44XX block of Pennypack Avenue.
He is 5’9″, 200 lbs., medium build, fair complexion, bald and green eyes. He was last seen driving a 2011 Chevrolet Tahoe PA# KPA-9660.
