On Saturday April 24, 2021 at 9:30 am, the victim, a 25 year-old male, was involved in a dispute with an unknown black on the 2800 block of Cecil B Moore Avenue. After the dispute the suspect left, then returned a short time later armed with a handgun firing it at the victim. No injuries were reported during his incident.
- Suspect Description: Black male, puffy hair, wearing a hooded sweatshirt with multi-color print, dark colored pants, light colored sneakers and was riding a yellow bicycle which he left it at the scene.
