On May 12, 2021 at 6:42am, an unknown white or Hispanic male gained entry to Popeye’s located at 314 West Lehigh Avenue by breaking the front window using a rock. Once inside the suspect took an undetermined amount of money the fled the area. The suspect had his face covered but surveillance video depict has a tattoo on his right hand of “Nelly”.
