Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following still photos.
On February 12, 2023, at approximately 4:20pm, a large crowd of unknown persons were gathered in advance of the Super Bowl on the 1700 block of Arlington Street when a vehicle was flipped over in the middle of the street. The vehicle’s windows were broken and the PA license plate was missing. The vehicle was legally parked and unoccupied when it was flipped over. There were no reports of injury.
