Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help locating the vehicle seen in the following still photos.
On February 26, 2023, at approximately 3:41am, the victim, a 38-year-old-male, stopped his vehicle at 339 North Broad Street after being involved in a minor accident with the occupants of the suspects’ vehicle. Both the driver and passenger of the suspects’ vehicle got out of the car and assaulted the victim. The passenger then took out a gun from his waistband and as the victim drove away from them when the passenger fired two times at the victim who was not injured. The vehicle was last seen on surveillance video in the area of Front and Berks Sts.
- Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Driver, white male, 20-years-of-age, 6’0″ tall, bald with a tattoo on the left side of his face, wearing a dark shirt and blue jeans.
Suspect #2: Passenger, white male, 20-years-of-age, 6’0″ tall with a short trimmed beard, wearing a white hooded sweatshirt and armed with a black handgun. - Vehicle Description: Two door coup, possibly an Infinity, red in color, with a sunroof and front-end damage.
