Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individuals seen in the following video clip.
On May 7, 2023, at approximately 3:54pm, the complainant parked his car at 1016 Race St, got out and began to walk away. The suspects followed the complainant, snatched his keys from his hand and ran back to his car. Suspect #2 got into the complainant’s car and attempted to take it. The complainant was able to pull the suspect from the car and after a brief struggle was able to get his keys back. The suspects then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
- Suspect Description:
Suspect #1: Black male in his teens, thin build, wearing a knit hat with skull and cross bones on it, a backpack, dark jacket, blue Adidas sweatpants and white sneakers.
