On Sunday, April 23, 2023, at approximately 8:16 PM, two unknown black males entered the CVS Pharmacy located at 1148 North 2nd St. One of the suspects attempted to pass a counterfeit twenty-dollar bill. When the employee informed the suspect that the money was fake, the suspect left the store. The second suspect then approached the employee threatening to rob the store. The suspect then instructed the employee to empty the cash register. After refusing to comply with the suspects demands, the suspect left the store.
