The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individuals responsible for this commercial burglary.
On February 9, 2023 at 3838 Pechin Ave the complainant reported that two skid steering loaders (caterpillar) valued at $40,000 and two spools of copper spooling were taken from his construction site. Surrounding business surveillance cameras showed at 4:56am a truck with a “Big Tex†flatbed gooseneck trailer came up ridge and parked at 5400 Ridge. Two males wearing construction orange vests got out and walked to the construction site. Within the next 30 minutes they stole the two skid steering front loaders and drove them onto the flatbed trailer. At 5:24am the offenders left the location driving southbound on Ridge.
