On Tuesday April 18, 2023 at 2:45 PM, the victim, a 37-year-old male, had just gotten into his vehicle which was parked on the 27xx block of Parrish Street when he was approached by two black males who had just walked by. Both males had their hands in the pocket of their sweatshirts simulating a weapon and ordered the victim from his car. The victim refused and drove off and both suspects were last seen heading north on 27th Street towards Girard Avenue.

Suspect #1: Black male in his teens, 5’5″ tall, braided hair, medium build, wearing all black clothing.
