Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.
On August 28, 2022, at approximately 7:00pm, an unknown Hispanic male was captured on surveillance video using an unknown object to scratch two Tesla vehicles on the 200 block of Delancey St. The suspect then left the area in an unknown direction.
