Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photo.
Between October 29, 2021, and March 7, 2022, approximately 127 Philadelphia Parking Authority kiosks were damaged by an individual forcing toothpicks into the card reader slot of the kiosks. This individual would concentrate in the area of 7th St to 13th St and Race St to Walnut St.
