Suspect for Shooting Incident/Victim in the 15th District [VIDEO] – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to this shooting.

On March 25, 2002, after exiting a local convenience store located at Harbison Ave and Comly St, the offender fired several gunshots at a victim after a failed robbery attempt, striking him one time. The victim was able to drive away and flag down police a few blocks away. The offender fled the area in a blue Chevy Malibu with unknown New Jersey tags.
