The Philadelphia Police Department and the Shooting Investigation Group is asking for the public’s assistance for information in reference to this shooting incident.
On August 26, 2022, two construction workers engaged in verbal dispute while on a job site located at 3430 W. Westmoreland St when the suspect pulled a handgun and fired four shots, striking the victim in both legs. The suspect was observed by witnesses fleeing the area on a bicycle and was last seen south bound on 35th St towards Allegheny Ave. Surveillance video of the suspect entering a local store minutes after the shooting was recovered.
