Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
On March 12, 2023, at approximately 6:30am, the victim, a 25-year-old-female, was walking on the 1500 block of Locust Street when the suspect stated, “give me all the money.†The suspect then hit the victim on the top of the head at which time she gave the suspect her AirPods and Septa Key Card. The suspect then told the complainant he wanted money from an ATM. When he tried to pull the complainant down Sydenham Street, the complainant broke free and was able to run away.
