Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photos.
On November 8, 2022, at approximately 10:52pm, the victim, a 35-year-old male, was riding his bike in the 200 block of Market Street when an unknown black male knocked him off his bike and tried to take it. During a struggle for the bike the suspect punched the complainant in the face. Bystanders chased the suspect away without him taking anything.
