Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following still photo.
On March 27, 2023, at approximately 11:05am, the victim, a 31-year-old-female, was walking on the 1000 block of Vine Street when an unknown white male approached her from behind and tried to pull off her necklace and headphones from around her neck. After an unsuccessful attempt of taking her necklace and headphones the suspect fled and was last seen north on 10th Street. The victim suffered minor scratches to her neck.
