The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individual responsible for this strong-arm robbery.
On Monday, May 1, 2023, the victim, a 66-year-old female, was at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 101 E. Olney Ave. As she withdrew $700 from the ATM and when placing it in her purse an unknown black male grabbed the money. After a brief struggle the offender ripped the money from the victim then fled and was last seen north through the shopping center parking lot. The victim was not injured during this incident.
