The Philadelphia Police Department Special Victims Unit is attempting to identify the male suspect depicted in this video. He is being investigated for at least three sexual assaults that occurred in the Fairhill, Olney and Nicetown sections of Philadelphia. This video is a compilation of two of these assaults. These sexual assaults occurred on the 4500 block of N 5th St, 1600 block of W Bristol St, and the 4900 block of N Lawrence St. The suspect is believed to frequent the Olney section specifically the 5thStreet corridor.
- Suspect Description: Black male, 19 to 21 years-of-age, dark complexion, approximately 5’9 in height, thin build, clean shaven and was wearing a two-tone dark green and black hooded puffy coat, dark green hooded sweatshirt underneath with black Adidas track style pants with white stripe and logo as well as gray New Balance sneakers.
