The Philadelphia Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the male depicted in the below surveillance video.
This male is suspected of fondling and assaulting a 13-year-old female on her way to Harding Middle School at 2000 Wakeling St. The male may reside in the area.
