The Philadelphia Police Department needs your help:
On May 24, 2023, at approximately 10:51 pm, a Black male offender was in a verbal dispute with a male victim on a SEPTA bus in the area of 5200 Germantown Avenue. The offender fired a handgun, striking the victim in the chest. The victim died of his injuries.
Police would like assistance in identifying the offender. Police are also trying to identify a person of interest depicted in the following video, as well as any other potential witnesses to the incident.
THE CITY OF PHILADELPHIA IS OFFERING A REWARD OF $20,000 LEADING TO AN ARREST AND CONVICTION FOR EVERY HOMICIDE.
