Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clips.
On February 16, 2023, at approximately 3:30pm, the suspect went into the Old Navy Store at 1628 Chestnut Street, put four pair of jeans in a bag and left without paying. When loss prevention employees confronted the suspect, he pulled out a box cutter and threatened them. The suspect then fled on foot.
