On Sunday, October 2, 2022, at 3:28 pm, an unknown black male entered JC Food Market located at 600 N 11th Street. While inside the suspect pulled out two handguns, went around the plastic enclosure and ordered the employee out from behind the cash register. As the employee walked past the suspect, he struck her in the back of her head. After the employee ran to the back of the store with other employees, the suspect went into the cash register and took $150 then fled the store.
