On October 28, 2022, at 7:55 am, the victim, a 49-year-old-female, was on the 1200 block of Arch St when an unknown black female offender was approaching her. The victim attempted to avoid her by walking closer to a parked vehicle but as the suspect passed the victim the suspect swung a closed fist and punched her on the right side of her face then walked off and was last seen east towards 12th street. When the suspect approached 12th and Arch St the second victim, a 46-year-old female, was crossing 12th Street at Arch Street walking west as suspect was also crossing from the opposite direction. As the suspect passed victim #2, the suspect swung a closed fist and struck her on the right side of her face then walked off. Victim #1 suffered pain in the right side of her face and a swollen jaw from where she was struck. Victim #2 suffered a cut on her lip and also pain on the right side of her face.
