Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual seen in the following video clip.
The incident took place on the 1600 block of Francis Street on December 25, 2022, at approximately 12:37am. The suspect put a combustible object on the windshield of the complainant’s vehicle, then used an open flame and an accelerant causing a fire. The complainant’s vehicle was severely damaged as a result.
