The PPD Northwest Detective Division is attempting to identify the individual responsible for this arson.
On February 4, 2023, on the 20xx block of W. Venango the complainant reported an unknown black male set fire to items outside her house. Surveillance cameras show an unknown male approaching flowerpots outside her house and later setting fire to them before walking away.
