Central Detective Division is seeking the public’s help identifying the individual and locating the vehicle seen in the following video clip.
On May 17, 2023, at approximately 10:17pm, the victim, a 50-year-old-female, was standing at 1500 Market Street when she was hit with several gel-like pellets which were fired from a dark color sedan which was stopped at the traffic light. The sedan then left the scene headed south on 15th St. The victim was not injured.
