The Philadelphia Police Department Special Victims Unit is attempting to identify a male suspect wearing a black and green jacket and who is depicted in this video. The abduction of a 4 year old child was reported on the 200 block of S. 52nd St at approximately 6:35pm on November 28, 2022. The child was in the rear of an unattended running vehicle when it was stolen. Both the child and vehicle have been located. The male in the red jacket has already been identified.
- Suspect Description: Black male, late teens to early twenties, 6’2″, thin build, dark complexion, wearing a black and green jacket, multi-colored hood jersey below, black sweat pants and Black and white New Balance Sneakers. The male in the red jacket has already been identified.
