Suspect for a Fatal Leaving the Scene Auto vs Pedestrian in the 24th District [VIDEO] – Blotter

The Philadelphia Police Department Accident Investigation District is looking for information regarding the identity of the male wanted for driving the vehicle involved in the fatal hit and run.

On Wednesday, November 30th, 2022, at approximately 2:30 am, a hit and run auto vs. pedestrian crash occurred at the intersections of Frankford & Glenwood Avenues. The suspect was traveling south on Frankford Ave. towards Glenwood Ave. when it struck the pedestrian, a 36-year-old male, at a high rate of speed fatally injuring him. The suspect then fled the scene, continuing south on Frankford Ave. and subsequently struck a vehicle at a high rate of speed at the intersection of Frankford and Castor Avenues. The suspect then exited the vehicle, retrieves a bag from the trunk and fled on foot, south on Frankford Ave. The attached video depicts the suspect immediately after the crash.
