The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating Missing Juvenile Sincere Williams. As of approximately 9 a.m. Friday, August 12, 2022, Sincere was last seen by his mother at their residence 19XX South 20th Street.
Sincere is 13 years old 5’7, 120 lbs, light complexion, thin build, with brown eyes and black hair; he was last seen wearing a black hoodie, black Adidas track pants, a black hat, and dark sneakers.
