The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 84-year-old Endangered Missing Person Leroy Hill. He was last seen at 6:30 P.M., on Sunday, February 13, 2022, on the 1XX block of North 23rd Street.
He is 5’1″, 150 lbs., he was last seen wearing a short sleeve African print shirt, brown pants, mix match shoes one brown and the other black. He also walks with a cane which is black in color.
