James this cops a fricken hero to hear his mouth running but only when the camera is running, zero camera he acts as he really is yes he did demand respect, threatening to arrest and tow the truck when he had zero idea who was driving. The word THREAT is correct officer, James get the evidence he needs off the street, because the cop did not believe a word that was being said, he threatened and was extremely disrespectful targeting the young man every time he sees the vehicle you know full well he and his buddies will be looking and the vehicle will get pulled every time.

In the age of dinosaurs like I was raised in…police sometimes would take a kid behind the store they shopped lift at and beat the S out of them and then talk to them about not stealing and going down that path of life. Most of the time they would take them home to their family and explain what happened…the kid would then get the H beat out of them again.
Funny thing was, the kid usually either learned to not steal or would learn not to get caught. Most figured out it was not worth stealing.
Today, that is called child abuse….but was it? Or was it life slapping you in the face till you learned to not do the wrong things in life.

The officer explicitly indicating he would target someone goes against the 14th amendment to equal access and treatment, this is why departments have all those fancy policies and procedures with a code of conduct and a professional standards division thats supposed to hold them to it… because actions like this which the officer tries to dismiss as "communication" are in fact a violation of the rights of an individual and can lead to lawsuits that we the taxpayers now have to pay for his "communication"…
