No one group or person has the ability to effect change across the board, however we are committed to doing our part by continuing to stand up for our constitutional right to free press and the right to take photographs and video in public.   4. He detained him for no reason that’s my question why did he detain him for no reason he wouldn’t let him leave kind of what I look at that’s probably a lawsuit because he detained him for no reason at all

This is still public property that’s what you don’t understand I’m allowed to film in public property and again that’s where these old-school guys don’t understand this because people are allowed to film in public they don’t care they think old school is you’re not allowed to do it but you are allowed to do it and he’s idiots just don’t know they haven’t learned the law or reviews on low because they’re so old and they just don’t want to law

  27. I think Brenda was right to ask you to not film, because she was trying to provide privacy that the building was failing to provide. Having said that, she had no right to demand it and should have just told the guy he might want to finish the call later when there was no one in the lobby. Everything was going so well if that was the worst they had.
    But then the real problem. The guys with all the power. The armed thugs that are a law unto themselves. I would love to see the law enforcers just follow the laws they are enforcing. and again, you were in a restricted area apparently, but they hadn't provided adequate controls to be able to enforce those laws there because no one bothered to make sure there were signs posted at every entrance to the restricted area. Hopefully they learn their responsibilities under the law.
