4. This is a pretextual stop. Cops knew the occupants from the vehicle have a criminal past and were hoping to make more arrests. Since the cops couldn’t find anything the vehicle was let go. The driver probably saved Antonio because the cops probably wanted to extract him to antagonize him into baseless charges.

10. It's a little bit mind-boggling to me that so many people seem to believe that police cannot demand that they get out of the car. While there are thousands of videos that talk about the case law that says the police can do this, and shows where people get in trouble because they don't comply, I don't think I've ever seen a video that tells people that police can't do it. So why is it so many people seem to think that is the case? I just don't get it.

15. People learn your rights…especially if you just got out of jail. No one MUST provide ID on a vehicle stop because only the driver is on question of a violation. Stop handing people your ID's and stepping out of cars or talking to them answering questions unrelated. Cops are not your friends jesus idk how many years behind bars on bogus situations or civil rights violations it will take for citizens to educate themselves on their amendments and state law statutes. As many tiktok hours or instagram hours spent a day you could easily learn these things in a week. You could easily memorize them by viewing channels like this on a consistent basis. It makes me upset to see them bully people ignorant of their rights due to their living circumstances. But there is no excuse these days with all these diamond watches and phones out recording I know dang well you have access to the internet to learn these things. Especially if you want to stay out of jail. Knowing these things can also create more awareness with lawsuits and who doesnt like a check ???
