I’ve seen other similar videos. The stoooooooopid cops CANNOT put out spike strips when there are other cars in the vicinity!
For every action there is and equal and opposite reaction. Again more cops not thinking what did they think was going to happen.
Chase yesterday in Metaire Ls JOSO drunk driver and cops end up shotting at the car did not know 4 kids in car. No one knows were the bullets went.

Police: "we have done a thorough investigation and we have determined that the people who were sitting in the car, were actually parked in a no parking after 4 p.m zone and it was 4:03 p.m so they were issued a citation and released. Our police are at ni fault".
