WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ANSWER THE DOOR

unhealthy eat habits among cops is a serious issue, the amount of junk food they consume is obvious. They should also care about their love life, and stop hogging all of the dick donuts.

  1. What I have said many times to people who want to know how to respond to police at the door is don't. There is no need to respond if police knock at your door unless you want to invite them in. If you would rather not talk to them or see them it is easiest to just ignore them. My specific advise and something I have done myself is to simply go to bed even if you aren't tired. Take a nap. Under the covers. Relax. Chances are when you wake up you can return to whatever you were doing…in this case a game of chess. If they have a warrant lawful or not they will let themselves in. Under those circumstances you need to consider things that are not discussed in this comment so be careful and try not to get hurt or killed. Truth. I have seen hundreds of reports just like this one where the suspect invited police in so he could turn himself in and/or his property so it can be stolen by the government along with his freedom. Judge is complicit as well as all the other players in the criminal justice system. I guess the only exception would be the jurors who are apparently too stupid to do anything but follow instructions from the judge. Jurors are dumb enough to come into court and think that the judge is somehow above them and his opinion matters. He works for you people. The only time his opinion matter is when it differs from yours because when that happens you might not want to keep employing him and certainly you should sever the relationship before you pay his retirement and every other benefit he doesn't deserve depending on the circumstances. They are people. Only difference between them and the bum on the corner is how much you give to each and that one is honest allowing you to opt out of giving him anything
Jjurors don't get to decide on certain parts of the trial that are crucial for the defendant…such as suppression. Without any ability to suppress the evidence you are mostly screwed by a department and system of liars.
The judge decides the entrance and search were lawful and consent was given and after the evidence is not suppressed there is nothing left to win at trial besides a stiffer sentence than taking a plea. And so 97% of defendants take the plea despite whatever amount of them are factually innocent. It is actually much worse than what he have shared here in the comments and with Ricks video. Trial courts have been instructed to take the cops word for things even when they know the statements and/or facts are known to be false and even withhold evidence that could prove a defendants innocence until later stages of the trial. That way a innocent person can be bullied into taking the plea while the prosecutor is still sitting on the evidence that the defendant doesn't know exists. Of course the defendant knows he is innocent just he has no way to prove it. And once later stages of a trial are reached and prosecutors are lawfully required to turn over the exculpatory evidence how often do you suppose that happens? Yeah, now that a prosecutor and court have wasted everybody's time trying to prosecute an innocent person they will walk into court the next day and hand over the evidence that SCOTUS allows them to keep hidden. Our system is pretty disgusting despite rumors of it being the best in the world. And I am sure it is the best in the world. It just isn't the best for everybody involved. If it supports your lifestyle and your family profits from it than yeah I am sure you like it better than other justice systems in the world that don't give you a paycheck each week. And of course this paycheck is probably 5-10 times bigger than the check you wouldn't get in any other profession since you have lost the ability to conduct an honest days work. Sounds awful doesn't it? But yes…it is the best.

  2. I’m glad you’re okay. Oh yes, karma’s a bitch! He deserved that & some, I’m quite sure he’s inconvenienced people in his everyday life as a KOP

P.S. Don’t be so quick to open your door.

  3. We are so sorry to hear this Ricky, fight the good fight like you always do. Your in our thoughts and prayers that everything works out.

  4. (cops) we just want to talk……(me) how many police is out there?   (cops) two…………(me)then talk to each other!!!!!!

  5. seems its not enough to just record them on the streets, but if you get into auditing, record inside your homes too, because they seem to be making more and more house visits to auditors…

  6. Hey Ricky, thanks for your service in helping to protect our rights and combat police corruption. Your activism makes a difference. Did you try to appeal this judge's rediculous decision?

  7. Even to a naive pedestrian in the american judicial system, that story the police passed off as a "report" isn't believable. So a judge, with all of his/her degrees & accolades actually buys this cops story & signs off on it? That right there is evidence that the system as a whole is corrupt AF.
Sorry you had to go thru all this, Ricky. I had goosebumps as you relived the moment that Nazi put his gun to your head. What a coward! No one deserves to be terrorized by this corrupt militia we call government.

  8. This is the exact reason why i never open my door for Police. I use to live in a Housing Project in Manhattan and the cops would roam the hallways sniffing by everyone's door and when they would smell or say they smelled Marijuana they would knock on the door and once you opened it push their way in and try to find anything to arrest you for. If they saw you in the hallway they would slam you against the wall for no reason and search you.
But all that stopped when the residents had enough and marched on the Police Precinct with News Cameras there.
When the Cops would come to the Housing Project after that people would follow them around with cameras calling them Dirty Lying Pigs! This was in the early 90's when a camcorder used a VHS Tape. People would rent the camcorders from Renta Center because they were so expensive.

  9. Go to court show all your videos telling cops you’re not giving them shit tell the jury do think i’m ever going to change my attitude or mind towards cops

  10. I had the same thing happen to me in 99. Kelso wa. Police came to my door for a walk and talk raid on my house having no warrant because some junky snitch seen 5 lbs of BC bud on my bed. I left with the 5 lbs and went up north to move it and came home about 4 hrs later with only a qp left and cash. I put it in my safe and went to my living room having a 2ft bong with a big joint stuffed in the bowl and began puffing away. I noticed someone had their face pressed against my living room window that looked out to my front yard. I went to look to see who it was and seen 5-6 kelso Poe Poe’s at the front of my house. I ran to the front door to lock it and the door came open a few inches and I started fighting to shut the door and a foot came in to block me from shutting it. I then gave in a bit and put all my strength in slamming the door on this pigs foot and I herd him cry out he broke my foot and then all the cops came pushing in.
Well they came in and tried to get me to sign a paper saying I gave them permission to search my house but I wouldn’t sign. I was bailed out of jail the next morning, went home to see they took my safe which had the qp and 16k in cash and a couple hand guns in it. I sold blown glass pipes for bob snodgrass back then and the fuckers took all the cases of glass as well. When it got to pre trail it was thrown out because I fought and broke the pigs foot proving that I didn’t let them search my house. That was a beautiful day.

  11. @Rick Munday, Evidence is inadmissible. You told them they couldn't come in but they followed, plus they had no search warrant. Search warrants need to state person/s, places, and things to be search for. Also, advice closed and lock your door before you go and retrieve something by yourself.

  12. so the mistake was in answering the door. After that the lies come fast and furious. Funny how the report said you LET them search your house. Never ever ever open the door, talk to them thru the closed window until such a time they show a warrant.

  13. I look out the peephole and see a cop? I ignore him and go back to what I was doin. If they have a warrant or reason to legally enter your home they will and they aint asking for permission. Its not a crime to not answer your door for the cops.
